Opinion

Claimant received her injuries on January 17, 1929; claim for compensation was filed within two years thereafter. The unanimous vote of the State Industrial Board on April 1, 1931, permitting the filing of the claim, brings the case within the purview of section 28 of the Workmen’s Compensation Law. Award unanimously affirmed, with costs to the State Industrial Board. Present — Hill, P. J., Rhodes, McNamee, Crapser and Heffernan, JJ.
