Opinion

Appeal by an employer and insurance carrier from a decision and award of death benefits made by the Workmen’s Compensation Board. The question presented is whether there was substantial evidence to support the board’s finding that the employee’s fatal accident arose out of and in the course of his employment. The finding was validly so supported. Decision and award affirmed, with costs to the Workmen’s Compensation Board. All concur. [See post, p. 965.]
