Opinion

Appeal from an award. The only ground urged for reversal is the failure to give notice within the time prescribed. Award affirmed, with costs to the Workmen’s Compensation Board. Hill, P. J., Heffernan, Brewster and Russell, JJ., concur; Foster, J., dissents on the ground the employer was prejudiced by the failure to give notice.
