Evidence clearly establishes the dependency of decedent’s parents who lived, except in so far as he and his sister contributed, entirely by public charity. The wage-rate was properly fixed under subdivision 2 of section 14 of the Workmen’s Compensation Law. Award unanimously affirmed, with costs to the State Industrial Board. Present — Hill, P.
