Opinion
Judgment affirmed. Grounds stated in journal entry.
It is ordered and adjudged by this court, that the judgment of the said circuit court be, and the same is hereby, affirmed; for the reason that the errors in the charge of the court of common pleas to the jury are not found by this court to have been prejudicial, this court finding that substantial justice has been done between the parties.
