JUDGMENT ON REMAND

This appeal is on remand from the Texas Supreme Court.

This court has again considered the record on appeal in this case and holds that

there was error in the trial court’s judgment. It is ordered that the judgment of the

trial court on Appellees’ breach of contract claim is reversed, and we render a

judgment that Appellees take nothing on that breach of contract claim.

It is further ordered that Appellees shall pay the costs of this appeal, for which
