Action to recover damages for breach of a contract for work, labor and services in connection with a certain aircraft engine part. Order denying defendant's motion to dismiss the action for failure to prosecute, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Hagarty, Acting P. J., Carswell, Adel, Nolan and Sneed, JJ., concur.
