Opinion
Action for ejectment and for damages for use and occupation of a parcel of land in the incorporated village of Rockville Centre, Nassau county. Judgment for the defendants reversed on the facts and a new trial granted, with costs to abide the event. The verdict was against the weight of the credible evidence. Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ., concur.
