Order unanimously modified by granting motion to discontinue on payment by plaintiff ¡to defendant-appellant of the statutory costs and disbursements in each of actions Nos. 3, 17, 21, 31, 33, 34 and 36, but without motion costs, and as so modified affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements of this appeal to the appellant. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., O’Malley, Townley, Cohn and Callahan, JJ.
