Lease of harbor warehouse by Government; damages; maintenance charges.

In accordance with an offer of plaintiff to compromise which was accepted by the Government, and a stipulation filed by the parties, and upon a report of a commissioner recommending judgment in the agreed amount, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered in the sum of $11,000.
