It is adjudged by this court that the judgments of the said circuit court and of the court of common pleas of Cuyahoga county be reversed, for the reason that the evidence shows that at and before the time of the accident, the defendant in error had full knowledge of the condition of the crossing which he charges to have been dangerous.
