The judgment of affirmance heretofore rendered by this court in this case (30 Ga. App. 727, 119 S. E. 420) having been reversed by the Supreme Court on certiorari (158 Ga. 792), the opinion rendered by this court in affirming the judgment of the court below is hereby withdrawn, and the rulings announced by the Supremo Court in its opinion reversing the judgment of this court are hereby applied.

Judgment reversed.
