Opinion
CITY OF BREAUX BRIDGE
v.
TOWN OF BREAUX BRIDGE.
Supreme Court of Louisiana.
Denied.
LEMMON, J., concurs in the denial. The Town's recourse, if it does not want to fund the reasonable expenses of the City Court's operation, is to request that the Legislature abolish the court.
DIXON, C.J., and MARCUS and BLANCHE, JJ., would grant the writ.
