Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Petitioners, respondents in certiorari proceedings in the lower court, seek review by certiorari in this court of an order denying their motion to dismiss respondent-Edward T. Swank’s petition for certiorari in the circuit court.

This is an attempt to review an interlocutory order in a law action, which we shall deny as unnecessary.

Petition denied.

ALLEN, Acting C. J., and SHANNON and WHITE, JJ., concur.
