Opinion

LOTTINGER, Judge.

This suit was consolidated for purposes of issuance of a preliminary injunction and trial on the merits for a permanent suit entitled, “Donald Rickey Norton and Sharon C. Norton v. Barney Dean Lay, Jr., et al.” number 12050, on the docket of this Court, 360 So.2d 239. For the reasons given in the opinion this day rendered in suit number 12050, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed at appellants’ costs.

AFFIRMED.
