PER CURIAM.

Affirmed on the pre-Peddycoart1 authority of State ex rel. Camp v. Herzberg, 224 Ala. 636, 141 So. 553 (1932). See, also, Yancey & Yancey Construction Co., Inc. v. DeKalb County Commission, 361 So.2d 4 (Ala.1978).
