Opinion

Appeal from an order of the City Court of White Plains denying a motion to vacate and set aside a verdict and for a new trial, on the ground of irregularities and trial errors. Order unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements, without prejudice to appellants’ right to a review of such trial errors as can be fairly considered upon a ease on appeal. No opinion. Present—• Nolan, P. J., Beldoek, Ughetta, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ.
