We ORDER appellant to file his pro se response by MARCH 31, 2014 The Court DENIES appellant’s February 21, 2014 motion to the extent he seeks disclosure of exculpatory material. This is an appeal from the trial court’s order and counsel has already informed the Court that she provided appellant with a copy of the record. The Court will not consider documents that are not part of the record before the Court.
