Christom, Inc. v. Jack Berman Insurance Co.
572 So. 2d 563, 1990 Fla. App. LEXIS 9796, 1990 WL 211736
Opinion
We reverse a final order dismissing this negligence action. Upon our review of appellant’s complaint, it does not clearly show on its face the applicability of appellee’s affirmative defenses. Alexander Hamilton Corp. v. Leeson, 508 So.2d 513 (Fla. 4th DCA 1987); Vaswani v. Ganobsek, 402 So.2d 1350 (Fla. 4th DCA 1981); Reed v. Sampson, 349 So.2d 684 (Fla. 4th DCA 1977).
