(ECF 12 Nos. 1, 1-1.) Following a preliminary review of the Petition, the Court directs that 13 the Petition be served on Respondents and orders Respondents to file a response. 14 Therefore, IT IS HEREBY KINDLY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court: 15 1. DELIVER a copy of the Petition (ECF Nos. 1, 1-1) and this Order to 16 the U.S. Marshal for service. 17 2. ADD the United States Attorney for the District of Nevada to the 18 docket as an Interested Party. 19 3. 6 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the U.S. Marshal SERVE a copy of the 7 || Petition (ECF Nos. 1, 1-1) and this Order on the United States Attorney for the 8 || District of Nevada or on an Assistant United States Attorney or clerical employee 9 || designated by the United State Attorney pursuant to Rule 4(i)(1)(A)(i) of the 10 || Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. 11 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for Respondents file a notice of 12 || appearance within 2 days of the date of this Order and file and serve their 13 || response to the Petition within 7 days of the date of this Order, unless additional 14 || time is allowed for good cause shown. 15 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner has 7 days following the filing of 16 || the response to file a reply. 17 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondents shall not transfer Petitioner 18 || out of this District. See F.T.C. v. Dean Foods Co., 384 U.S. 597, 604 (1966) (noting 19 || the court's "express authority under the All Writs Act to issue such temporary 20 || injunctions as may be necessary to protect its own jurisdiction").
