The respondent has filed a motion to dismiss the Petition for Writ of Certiorari, and the Court having heard argument of counsel thereon, it is upon consideration thereof
Ordered that the said motion to dismiss be and the same is hereby granted and the Petition for Writ of Certiorari filed in this cause be and the same is hereby dismissed. Gore v.
