—Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person denied, -without costs and without prejudice to renewal on notice to all interested parties (CPLR 1101, subd. [c]) and on a proper showing of sufficient facts to enable the court to ascertain the merit of appellant’s contentions (CPLR 1101, subd. [a]). Herlihy, P. J., Reynolds, Staley, Jr., Greenblott and Sweeney, JJ., concur.
