Upon consideration of "Appellant (Plaintiff)'s Motion for Reconsideration Regarding the Court's DKT, 150, 160" (Motion) and "Transcript" filed on August 14, 2026, by Selfrepresented Plaintiff-Appellant Hye Ja Choi (Choi), and the record, it appears that:

(1) This court issued a Summary Disposition Order on July 15, 2026 affirming the December 31, 2024 Judgment entered by the Circuit Court of the First Circuit;

(2) Choi filed a "Motion for a 10-Day Extension of Reconsideration Period" on July 27, 2026 and "Plaintiff- Appellant's Motion for Consideration of DKT. 150 (Dismissal of the Case)" (Motion for Reconsideration) on July 28, 2026;

(3) This court issued an Order Denying the Motion for Reconsideration on August 3, 2026;

(4) On Friday, August 14, 2026, Choi filed the Motion, in which she once again seeks reconsideration of this court's Summary Disposition Order, filed on July 15, 2026, as well as reconsideration of the Order Denying Motion for Reconsideration, filed on August 3, 2026;

(5) Choi was permitted to file only one motion for reconsideration, see Hawaiʻi Rules of Appellate Procedure Rule 40(e);

Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is denied.
