PER CURIAM.

Stanley Chmielewski appeals the final summary judgment entered in favor of First Union National Bank of Florida. We affirm because First Union established that Robert B. Akard, Jr. was Chmielew-ski’s authorized agent for the transactions at issue in the claims made against First Union.

Affirmed.
