Opinion
There was no error in the Court below in allowing the amendment of the plaintiff’s declaration on the statement of facts in this case, under the provisions of the Revised Code. The verdict of the jury was right under the law applicable to the facts disclosed by the record, and this Court will not disturb it for any of the alleged eh’ors complained of by the defendant.
Let the judgment of the Court below be affirmed.
