Opinion

CARPENTER, District Judge.

The master in this case has treated the matters under consideration with such accuracy, ability, and clearness that it is unnecessary for me to say more than that I approve of and adopt both his findings of fact and conclusions of law.

■ _ Accordingly, the exceptions taken in this court will be overruled, and a decree may be prepared in accordance with the recommendation of the master.
