Opinion
The master in this case has treated the matters under consideration with such accuracy, ability, and clearness that it is unnecessary for me to say more than that I approve of and adopt both his findings of fact and conclusions of law.
■ _ Accordingly, the exceptions taken in this court will be overruled, and a decree may be prepared in accordance with the recommendation of the master.
