Opinion
Order of single justice affirmed. The husband shall file notice with the Probate and Family Court consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court. The clerk of the Appeals Court shall supply the husband with an additional copy of the notice regarding the civil appeals clinic for self-represented individuals.
