Opinion
As to the claim for malicious prosecution, the judgment is affirmed on the authority of Ennis v. Beason, 537 So.2d 17 (Ala.1988); and Alabama Power Co. v. Neighbors, 402 So.2d 958 (Ala.1981). As to the claim for false imprisonment, the judgment is affirmed on the authority of Standard Oil Co. v. Davis, 208 Ala. 565, 94 So. 754 (1922).
AFFIRMED.
