In an action to recover a real estate broker’s commissions, plaintiff appeals from an order of the County Court, Nassau County, reversing a judgment of the City Court of the City of Long Beach in plaintiff’s favor, and dismissing her complaint. Order unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Nolan, JJ. [See 272 App. Div. 816.]
