Dr. John Scott Sibille, et al., 13-1015 (La.App. 3 Cir. 2/12/14), 153 So.3d 1121, 2014 WL 551562, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs of the appeal are assessed to the appellants, Robert Brooks and Jennifer Chavis.
