—Order, Supreme Court, New York County, entered on January 5, 1978, unanimously affirmed. Defendants-respondents shall recover of appellant $60 costs and disbursements of this appeal. We deem it appropriate to leave the question of the validity of the affirmative defenses for determination at the trial. Concur—Lupiano, J. P., Silverman, Fein, Lane and Sullivan, JJ.
