Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the order of the Judge of Compensation Claims awarding the claimant, Dennis J. Murray, temporary disability benefits and payment for psychiatric care, finding that it is based upon competent substantial evidence. See Nolan v. Delta Airlines, 24 Fla. L. Weekly D1137, 733 So.2d 1076 (Fla. 1st DCA 1999); Heric v. City of Ormond Beach, 728 So.2d 1247, 24 Fla. L. Weekly D978 (Fla. 1st DCA 1999).

AFFIRMED.
