On August 13, 1976 the court ordered that judgment be entered for plaintiff in the sum of $14,519.76, of which $1,016.33 should be credited to plaintiff’s Civil Service Retirement Fund account, with the net balance, or $13,503.43 to be paid to plaintiff.
