Opinion

LOTTINGER, Judge.

This suit was consolidated for purposes of trial with another suit entitled, Charles Carter & Company, Inc. v. Charles W. Hogg Company, Inc., Number 11717, on the Docket of this Court, 355 So.2d 16. For the reasons given in the opinion this day rendered in Suit No. 11717, the judgment of the Trial Court is affirmed. All costs to be paid by appellant.

AFFIRMED.
