This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff in the principal sum of $312.50.

The facts and the issues presented in this, appeal are identical with those recited in Harris v. Womack, La.App., 83 So.2d 541.

The judgment appealed from is affirmed at appellant’s cost.
