For the reasons this day,handed down in the consolidated cases of Strug v. Travelers Indemnity Co. of Hartford, Connecticut and Charles v. Strug, La.App., 53 So.2d 437, the judgment appealed from in this case is affirmed at the costs of defendant-appellant.
