In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, defendants appeal from an order vacating an order of preclusion and granting plaintiff permission to serve a bill of particulars on certain conditions. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Adel, Acting P. J., Wenzel, Schmidt, Beldoek and Murphy, JJ., concur.
