The Court or Appease,
at this term* (November 1797,) decreed, that so much of the decree of the court of chancery as directed the payment of 901. 15s. Sd. with interest, by the appellee to the appellants, should be reversedj and the decree of the court of chancery, in ail other matters and things, except the said payment in manner-aforesaid, was by the court of appeals affirmed*
