By the Court.

A domestic corporation may be proceeded against by attachment before a justice of the peace, under section 28 of the justice act (S. & C. 776), in a county of this state wherein it has no office or place of business, upon the ground that it is a non-resident of such county. A. & A. on Corp., sec. 109.
