LANDRY, Judge.

On joint motion of Curtis K. Stafford, Jr., attorney for appellant and Roy Maugh-an, attorney for appellee and upon suggestion to the court that the parties desire to dismiss the captioned matter with prejudice at appellant’s cost.

It is ordered by the court that the above captioned matter be and is hereby dismissed with prejudice at appellant’s cost.
