Confession of Error

PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal of a summary final judgment of mortgage foreclosure. A confession of error has been filed by appellee Ebony & Ivory, LLC as assignee of Wesley Johnson. Accordingly the summary final judgment is reversed and the cause remanded for further proceedings.

Reversed and remanded.
