Appellant, Karen Ann LeBouef did not file a brief in this matter. Neither did she appear prior to the calling of this case for oral argument.

In accordance with Rule 7, Section 5(b), Uniform Rules, Courts of Appeal, this appeal is considered abandoned, and is hereby ordered dismissed at Appellant's cost.
