Opinion
Reconsideration granted. This court’s order of June 27, 1991 is vacated.
Application denied. The issue of the authority to subpoena an expert witness who has no knowledge of the facts of the case and who is unwilling to testify voluntarily was rendered moot by the compromise at trial. Relator may re-raise the issue if sanctions are in fact imposed by the trial court for issuance of the subpoena.
