Government contract; suit for accelerated depreciation as an element of costs.

On an offer of plaintiff to compromise and settle the litigation, which was accepted by the defendant; and on a stipulation entered into by the parties; and on the report of a commissioner recommending j udgment in the agreed amount; it was ordered that judgment be entered for the plaintiff in the sum of $74,819.41.
