Defendants failed to respond. See Docket. Therefore, the motion is properly 15 granted as unopposed. Local Rule 7-2(d). Further, the Court has reviewed Plaintiff’s motion and 16 finds that he demonstrates good cause for his request.2 17 Accordingly, Plaintiff’s motion to extend is GRANTED. The scheduling order deadlines 18 are hereby RESET as follows: 19  Amend pleadings/ add parties: closed 20  Discovery cutoff: November 13, 2023 21  Dispositive motions: December 13, 2023 22 23 24 25
