Stephens, J.

1. The special assignments of error, in so far as they are not controlled by the decision rendered in the companion case of Center Point Gin v. Hathcock, 28 Ga. App. 305 (111 S. E. 575), are without merit.

2. The evidence authorized the verdict rendered, and no error of law appears. Judgm,ent affirmed.
