On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

CRAWLEY, Judge.

This court’s prior judgment has been reversed and the cause remanded by the Alabama Supreme Court. Ex parte Byrom, 895 So.2d 942, 949 (Ala.2004). In compliance with the Supreme Court’s opinion, the trial court’s judgment awarding workers’ compensation benefits to Byrom is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
