Opinion
A Judgment is not reversed, \yhen from the record it appears -there had been no pleading oh the Audita Querela brought to set the judgment aside, and the only record of the proceedings on the Audita Querela is “Judgment that the plea of defendant is insufficient and that the plaintiff take no costs.’’ A subsequent judgment rendered in the original suit is erroneous and void.
