Opinion

On defendant’s motion, filed June 19, 1973 to amend the judgment of the court in the decision entered herein on February 16,1973 (200 Ct. Cl. 689), and upon consideration thereof, on September 28,1973 the court granted the motion by striking Mr. John J. Howard as a party plaintiff (No. 4) [1121]*1121in case 131-70, and vacated and set aside the judgment entered for defendant on its counterclaim against said John J. Howard in the amount of $180 in its said decision.
