Now into Court come PHYLLIS McKNIGHT CATA and WILLIAM AR[1382] THUR McKNIGHT, through their undersigned counsel of record, and on suggesting to the Court that this matter has been compromised and settled in full, and hereby request this Court to dismiss the above styled and captioned proceedings without prejudice.

Considering the foregoing motion,

It Is Hereby Ordered that the above styled and captioned matter is hereby dismissed without prejudice.
